Around New Years, there is always a lot of talk around resolutions and hopes for the time to come. But how easy it is really to acchieve change (or anything at all?) in the midst of winter? When thinking of it, isn't it better to do it now? Summer is coming to an end but we've had a break from school, we've had sun and a good time over the break (hope the same for you!). Now, the new semester is starting and we should do it good. So, here are a few good habits to start the fall of 2021 with:
Going for morning walks
No phone in the bedroom
Start talking kindly to oneself
Weekly cleaning the student apartment (don't you have one? Get in line here)
Biking to school
Getting a hobby
